The AAO will provide the space and signage at no cost to the alumni group.  Space will be assigned based on the date of receipt and the size of the reception.

Please indicate whether you prefer private space for your group. All reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate private space requests.
Private Bar(Required)
Do you plan to have a private bar inside your reception space? The AAO provides community bars in the common space. Alumni groups have the option to order a private bar for their guests. Please note that any expenses associated with private bars (i.e. set-up fees and minimum spending limits) will be the responsibility of the alumni group.
