AAO Donated Orthodontic Services Program

Bring laughter and smiles to your community.

Over the last 10 years, members of the AAO have provided free or discounted orthodontic care to almost 1,000 families. With your help, we can bring high quality orthodontic care to even more children in the coming years, because everyone deserves the chance to have a beautiful smile.

Help fund the Donated Orthodontic Services program.

Thanks to members like you, we’re able to provide children across the country with free or discounted orthodontic treatment.

How it works.

Once you’re part of the program, the Donated Orthodontic Services staff will review applications, and refer patients to you when there is a good fit. Your commitment involves delivering the same level of care you would provide any other patient. Services are provided pro-bono, and not billed through public or private insurance. It’s a great opportunity to give back to your community and help children in need.

Donated Orthodontic Services (DOS) provides an opportunity to give someone in need one of the greatest gifts we can and that is the gift of a beautiful smile. Restoring confidence, restoring health, and restoring belief in oneself is something that we as orthodontists are able to accomplish on the daily. DOS allows you, the practitioner, a streamlined way to bring back a smile that otherwise may go untreated. We invite you to join us in helping spread smiles across the country!
