The AAO Library is staffed six hours a week.
At its February 2025 meeting, the Board of Trustees made the following decision on the status of the AAO Library: Upon retirement of the present librarian, the Library will fill members’ requests for articles in journals held in the Library’s collection, but will no longer offer any additional services. This change is effective July 1, 2026.

Before submitting a request, review the AAO Journal Holdings List to confirm whether the journal is available through the AAO Library.
The AAO Library can only email articles that are available in the library collection.
