Dental Benefits Comment Box

Do you have comments or suggestions regarding dental benefits programs, claim submissions, the CDT code, or other related matters?  If so, the AAO’s Council on Orthodontic Benefits (COB) would like to hear from you.

How will your comments be used?

One of the duties of COB is to study and make recommendations on all matters concerning third-party reimbursement plans.  The Council fulfills this responsibility to the Association through a variety of efforts including, but not limited to, representing the specialty at the ADA’s Code Maintenance Committee meeting (typically held in March of each year), communicating with industry representatives, and informing AAO policy.

Awareness and understanding of the issues facing AAO Members is integral to COB’s success. As such, you can assist COB and support the AAO by sharing your concerns and/or ideas via this Comment Box.

The Council typically reviews and considers submissions twice a year, during its Summer and Winter meetings.

Who should submit comments?
