The Career Fair at Annual Session offers an interactive networking experience for residents and orthodontists who are searching for or exploring career opportunities. Attendees can connect with representatives from a variety of hiring organizations to ask questions, build rapport, and exchange information for potential follow-up.

Event Logistics
- The event is located on the fourth floor of the Pennsylvania Convention Center in the pre-function space outside the Terrace Ballroom. Directions and parking information can be found (link coming soon).
- You can arrive and begin preparing your booth space at 11:00 am on Saturday, April 26th.
- Event maps will be placed at the front to help you locate your booth. Each booth will also have a sign with the organization’s name.
- The event will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. Please have your booth ready prior to this time.
- You are welcome to bring portable devices such as a laptop or tablet, as well as fliers and other materials. Displays are permitted as long as they are within the confines of your booth space.

Should you decide to send your booth items in advance, please print the following label in color, write your organization’s name and booth number, and attach on the outside of your package(s), alongside your shipping label(s). This will inform Freeman (event logistics company) on the designated location for your items, so they will be available to you in the event space during set-up.
