AAO committees that significantly impact the member experience are seeking candidates to become members starting April 27, 2025. Committee positions are knowledge—or interest-based (not constituent representatives).

The National Advocacy Network (NAN) is a grassroots advocacy program empowering AAO members to influence policy across the U.S. and Canada, advancing the specialty and protecting patient health. Members Invited to Apply for Trustee At-Large Position

The AAO Board of Trustees is looking for one new member who will bring diverse viewpoints and strengthen the leadership team. All Active Members (including Life Active) of the AAO are invited to apply to serve a three-year term as Trustee At-Large.
