Full-Time Faculty Dues Reduction

AAO Bylaws provides a dues reduction to full-time faculty, who are defined as those teaching or researching in an accredited orthodontic program or dental school at least four days per week. Senior faculty members (associate professor rank or higher) are eligible for a 50% reduction in AAO dues, and junior faculty members (assistant professor rank or lower) are eligible for a 75% reduction. All full-time faculty are exempt from the consumer awareness assessment.

The following form should be completed and/or signed by the department chair or director at orthodontic programs accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association or Commission on Dental Accreditation of Canada (CDAC).
