Registrants are eligible for up to 16.75 hours of live CE credits.

Eligible individuals registered* to attend in-person are required to print their badges onsite and complete short session evaluations to earn continuing education (CE) credits. Online instructions will be emailed to eligible registrants in mid-January. Questions? Please email [email protected].

Conference Archives Pricing:

The price above reflects the price available during the registration process. The price will increase beginning January 24, 2025, and purchases can be made online that day. The compilation of Conference Archives will be available online on February 26, 2025 (31 days after the conference).

In-Person Registration Fees

Staff registrants are eligible for a 20% discounted registration fee when registering 4 or more staff as a group. Doctors are not eligible to register as staff and must register as a Member or Non-Member. Guest registration includes meal functions and exhibit hall access but does NOT include access to lectures / CE credits.

*The AAO will allow one free re-print onsite, then $50 per reprint; only one reprint per day. This applies to all attendee registration categories.

Cancellations / Refunds:

Requests for registration cancellation / refunds must be received in writing, and must include name, registration/badge number, and a reason for cancellation, and must be sent to the attention of Sarah Dvorak via e-mail [email protected].
A $50 cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations received January 1 through February 10. Requests received after February 10 (15 days after meeting) will not be approved. Refunds will not be available once badge has been printed or registrant has logged into virtual event.
