With the goal of helping members find candidates for team positions with greater ease and cost efficiency, the AAO online Career Center now includes an option for posting orthodontic staff openings.
AAO members may post clinical and administrative staff openings on the site at no cost, with a fee-based upgrade recommended (see below). After logging in and accessing the Career Center home page, go to Employers & Sellers > Post an Opportunity.
TalentBoost Brings Your Listing to Strategically Selected Job Boards
The AAO Career Center is not being marketed as a job search tool to existing staff within member practices. Therefore, employers are encouraged to take advantage of the TalentBoost upgrade option when posting staff opportunities to the site.
The TalentBoost feature analyzes data to determine where your job posting will attract the most qualified candidates. Your listing is then strategically distributed to a network of over 1,000 job websites and search engines like Google, Linkedin, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, and Facebook, as well as other local and regional sites.
As job seekers searching online for orthodontic staff positions begin to discover the AAO Career Center, they will be able to register and post resumes on the site. As a result, in coming months the Career Center will likely also provide direct access to candidates.
