You are invited to share your research findings with your colleagues through an Oral Research presentation, a Table Clinic or an e-Poster at the 2025 AAO Annual Session.
Program Application
The deadline to submit an application for the 2025 Oral Research, Table Clinic and e-Poster programs
was October 15, 2024 at 6:00pm Eastern Time.
NO applications will be accepted after the deadline.
Also, NO changes can be made to any applications that have already been submitted.

e-Poster Uploaded Deadline
Friday, March 28, 2025, at 11:59pm Eastern Time is the deadline for all accepted e-Posters to be uploaded. Should you have questions regarding this process, please contact the AAO by email at: [email protected]
**BE ADVISED, it is NOT necessary to contact the AAO to confirm if your e-Poster was uploaded. If you successfully uploaded your e-Poster, the system automatically sends you a thank you email. SAVE THAT EMAIL as it will serve as your only confirmation that your e-Poster was uploaded successfully.
