1. Book your hotel room(s).
AAO hotels are available to book now. High demand across Vancouver during the meeting dates means preferred properties and rates could sell out.

2. Check your passport documentation.
Make sure your passport, and those of any team members traveling with you, will be valid for your trip. If a passport will expire near the conference dates, consider renewing it now to avoid travel complications later.

3. Plan to register in November for the lowest registration fee.
Registration opens Monday, November 2. Attendees traveling from outside the U.S. or Canada should also allow time for any required Canadian travel visa process. Conference registration and a hotel reservation may be needed to support a visa application.
