Get up-to-speed on the hot topic of artificial intelligence from 12 of the Annual Session Innovation & Tech Talk lecturers. In addition, don’t miss the AI in Orthodontics Panel Discussion, 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 25. Explore how artificial intelligence is being used in orthodontics and the products that are using it.
The AI panel and other non-CE tech presentations on April 25 will take place in Room 108 of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Tech sessions are free and open to all registrants:
● Presentation of the 2025 AAO Ortho Innovator Award to Dr. Nourah Abdul Kader, founder of OrthoBerry, from 8:30 – 8:45 a.m.
● The Ortho Tank Start-up Pitch Event, 10:15 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Observe as orthodontic innovators pitch their products for potential investment.
On Saturday, April 26, enjoy the following at the Innovation Pavilion in the Exhibit Hall:
● New Product Showcase Award Entry Presentations, 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Learn about products entered in the 2025 New Products Showcase Award competition and cast your vote for the best new product on the show floor. Orthodontists and Residents – you are the judges! Get the list of entries at the Innovation Pavilion, visit the booths and cast your vote by 12 p.m. Sunday, April 27. The winner will be announced on Sunday afternoon.
● TechSelect LIVE! Presentations,1 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. In addition to exploring the TechSelect booth, experience live presentations from TechSelect Partners to learn about 3D printers, custom bracket systems, robotics and more.
Throughout Exhibit Hall hours, visit the Ortho Innovator Award Showcase at the Innovation Pavilion to learn about the 2025 Award Winner and Honorable Mentions. Recipients are selected by the AAO Committee on Technology (CTECH) on the basis of their products’ uniqueness, feasibility, and value for the orthodontic practice. There will also be a Hall of Fame featuring all past award winners.
